Online voting in strata is becoming an essential capability demanded by owners. The ability to physically attend meetings is becoming less practical due to time restraints, work and family commitments and even physical location with so many owners living overseas.
We saw the need to create a solution which will be beneficial to both owners and strata managers.
StrataMax, Australia’s leading strata software company, have been conducting extensive research into potential solutions which may be offered to satisfy this demand as well as meet Australia-wide legislative requirements. We are currently in final development stage of creating a new generation of online voting which is on track to be released in the second half of 2019.
