MaxSoft is proud to join the Strata Community Association(SCA) in adopting the Respect Pledge!
We believe in advocating for respectful, harmonious living and working environments where everyone has a voice and feels listened to. As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a respectful work culture, we've taken the Respect Pledge, an initiative by the SCA aimed at promoting respect throughout the strata community.
In the strata sector, promoting respect and harmony is vital for the well-being of individuals and essential for the overall health of the industry. Incidents of disrespect or bullying can have detrimental impacts on owners, committee members, managers, and suppliers, leading to high turnover rates and decreased satisfaction. By signing this Pledge, we aim to help address these issues head-on.
We took time as a team to discuss the principles of the Pledge and are delighted to share that it was wholeheartedly adopted by all members. We believe that by setting this example, we can encourage more organisations within the industry to stand for respect and join us in making the strata community a better place for everyone.
We would like to invite other businesses and bodies corporate in our sector to join us in taking the Respect Pledge. Together, we can ensure that everyone in strata has a voice, feels listened to, respects others, and is committed to a harmonious community environment.
